As HR Manager for Marbrook my role is to ensure that working for us is as fair, contented and productive as possible, which in turn enables our residents to receive the highest standards of care and compassion. I have worked in many different sectors, and my priority is to deliver an HR function that really supports our people to make a difference to our residents lives.
Likes:
Going to gigs, animals, hot baths, politics, laughing till I cry, beautiful views and sunny weather
Dislikes:
Too much milk in tea, cold callers, out of touch MPs and social media pressure on young people
