Physiotherapist

After qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2012 I worked at Addenbrookes hospital which is where my interest in neurological rehabilitation started. During this role I worked within neurological intensive care, acute neurological rehab and stroke rehabilitation as well as completing many other rotations. In order to pursue a career within neurological rehabilitation I moved to work on an acute stroke unit at the Lister Hospital.

In the last two years prior to starting work at The Marbrook Centre I worked as a locum physiotherapist as it gave me the flexibility to indulge in travelling abroad. As a result I have worked within many different areas of neuro rehab within the Home Counties. These roles have given me the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge and skills in which I can use to provide the best care possible to my patients. I have a passion for neurological rehabilitation as I enjoy the challenge and complexity of the patients I treat and I enjoy helping them to achieve their goals.
