I have worked as a psychologist for over twenty years in various specialities (Autism, personality disorders, mental health and brain injury) and different settings (hospitals, prisons, communities, police). More recently, I returned from working in the Middle East, after establishing and leading a rehabilitative service for children and adolescents, which was a truly fascinating and positive experience for me and my family.
My role as Consultant psychologist at Marbrook is to provide psychological support to individuals and their families throughout their rehabilitative journey, to conduct cognitive assessments to provide us with a profile of people’s cognitive functioning, to provide person centred care according to an individual’s psychological needs and to support staff training to enable them to implement care plans effectively.
