Hourly rate: £18.54 per hour
Full time/Part time/Nights/Bank contracts available
We pay a high hourly rate that equates to a band 6/7 in the NHS. This is because we want you as a highly qualified and experience healthcare professional to be a part of our exceptional team. You will need to have a minimum of 12 months experience post-qualification, (with a minimum of 6 months left on your PIN), and if you have an interest or experience in neurological conditions and rehab that would be an advantage.
It takes a special person to be a Nurse, and a very special Nurse to be confident enough to carry the responsibility for being one of the clinical leads and role models for our Support Workers and Seniors. But working with a small management team who are always available to advise and support you at all times, means that you have a genuine chance to progress professionally, whilst working in a beautiful environment and gaining immense job satisfaction.
Training will be provided if needed on procedures such as catheter care, tracheostomy care, insulin management; plus a whole range of in-house training courses are designed for our specialist neuro-related clinical requirements.
You’ll need to show a strong work ethic and have good communication skills, and in return you will be valued and encouraged to develop your skills further through our commitment to training and support.
A full job description can be provided on request.
