Team Leader – Dementia Service
£11.70 per hour Full time (includes nights and weekends)

We need a Team Leader with strong proven leadership skills, a good work ethic and who will enable our residents to have real choice and control over their day to day living.

Reporting to our Service Manager, you will have the confidence to successfully lead others by example and have the ability to deal with difficult/crisis situations with a high level of professionalism. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and will demonstrate a positive and motivating attitude at all times.
With experience in supporting staff in a care environment you will also have knowledge of administering medication.
Our Team Leaders are essential for creating a strong foundation for us to develop a professional, safe and comfortable home, delivering the highest quality support and care.
