Based at St Neots but travel to other sites required (mileage will be reimbursed)
This is an exciting, newly created opportunity for a Content Marketing and Social Media Officer ready to take their next step towards leading an organisation’s social media and online presence. Based in our bespoke neuro rehab centre near St Neots, you will also be required to travel to other sites as part of your routine. Due to our success we are now expanding our marketing team to include a dedicated social media officer to increase our online presence for both The Marbrook Centre and our Ardale homes.
We are a family owned and managed care provider for the East of England, with an outstanding reputation for our care quality and rehabilitation outcomes. The management team is collaborative, welcoming and informal, and all share a passion for providing the best quality care for our residents. This new post holder will act as the social media and online expert and will be responsible for delivering copy and managing/maximising our social media presence.
Duties will involve creating images, videos and copy; monitoring and creating content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, our websites and all the usual social media and online platforms. (Full job description available on request). You will need to be able to build strong, informal working relationships across the company so that you can identify and write the ‘stories’ that set us apart from other care companies.
The successful candidate will have worked in a social media role before, and will be highly creative but will also have the ability to pitch and adapt quickly and appropriately. Ideally you will need to have previous exposure and knowledge of targeted advertising and be able to drive traffic and maximise our online potential. You will be used to a busy workload and your focus will be on developing and adapting our social media and online activity. You will also be comfortable with supporting the wider marketing team with answering queries. You will have the ability to build positive and professional relationships, and you will have a marketing ‘head’ and knowledge of brand/marketing positioning and techniques.
